District Bylaws 
The District Bylaws are the defining document of the Carolinas District of Circle K International, establishing our purpose, mission, territorial limits, and rules of operations. The District Governor and Board of Officers is tasked with upholding and enforcing bylaws within club and district operations. The bylaws are annual reviewed by the Laws and Regulation Committee to propose new amendments that accurately reflect the current operations of the District. Amendments must receive a majority approval by district delegates at the House of Delegates at the annual District Convention. View the currently bylaws here: 
​DISTRICT POLICY CODE
The District Policy Code outlines the operational procedures of the district which are not covered in the District Bylaws. The District Governor and Board of Officers is tasked with upholding and enforcing policy code within club and district operations. Policy Code is reviewing quarter and enactments are voted upon by the District Board.  View the currently policy code here:
