Promotional DCON Video A video you can show your clubs to promote District Convention! Letter from the ConCon Chair A message from District Conventions and Conferences Chair, Felicia Arriaga Registration Form Make sure your club fills this out so that you will be able to attend. Delegate Form Each club must bring at least 2 delegates to DCON to vote on the new district board and proposed amendments. Convention at a Glance A look at this year's agenda to get an idea of what to expect! Ad Sale Flyer Ad Sale Form Placing an ad in the Convention Program Booklet is a great way to say thanks to your fellow Kiwanis Family Members or advertise your organization/business. Make sure your club gets recognized by filling out this awards packet and emailing them in to the appropriate people by February 15th! Bylaws and Amendment Proposal Form The current district bylaws and a form for clubs who wish to propose an amendment. Please contact Laws & Regulations Chair, Jeffrey Vuong, if you have any questions. Candidates Packet Check out the Letters of Intents submitted January 31st by members interested in District Office. DCON will feature caucus sessions where you may ask these candidates questions. They will be elected in House of Delegates Sunday morning by club delegates. Amendments Packet Check out the Proposed Amendments to the Bylaws submitted January 31st. Please discuss these with your clubs so that your club delegates will know how to best represent your club's decisions on passing/denying these proposals during the Sunday House of Delegates. District Scholarship Get some free money for college by applying by February 14th! Service Fair Flyer Make sure that you represent your club and its activities well at the annual service fair!
