Welcome to the Carolinas District Mentorship Program

The inaugural year of the mentorship program has kicked off with 17 participants. Each Kiwanian and CKI are paired up based on a survey. The pairings attend a brief orientation session and are encouraged to stay in touch monthly whether it is through text, phone or email. Some pairings meet for coffee or lunch.
The purpose of the mentorship program is to provide an opportunity for our CKI members to learn from and expand their network during their time in college. For the mentors it is an opportunity to support and guide a CKI in a specific field or a general workforce support. Applications for additional mentors and mentees will open in the later winter/early spring. |
