The Carolinas District Board convened at the Boys & Girls Homes of Lake Waccamaw, NC to discuss the strategic plan for the 2009-2010 year. They reviewed the past year's goals and evaluated what could be done to improve the district's future. There, the board bonded through various activities and created SMART goals for its term.
